Blue and Dark Gray Hematite Bracelet

A conversation piece, this ornate brass metal square-like beads are from Ghana.  Each bead was handmade from wax and then cast with molten brass which means that no two beads are identical.  While each metal bead is unique,  brass metal beads are selected as similar in size as possible.  The large black and white focal bead is made from cow bone and hand dyed using a special batik process.
