ALL HATS are made-to-order. Once you select a hat your choice, add to cart, but MAKE SURE to include your head measurement size with your order. Hat sizing is very important to ensure the correct fitting of the hat(s) that you order. So, don’t forget to include your head size with your order. Each hat is custom-made by hand. Depending on the volumn of hat orders, and which hat style is ordered and how much detail is required, customizing your hat can take up to two weeks to create and shipped via UPS or USPS.

All hats that are custom-made are measured in inches based on the circumference measurement of the head. Head sizes are different for each person.

Of course. You can cancel your order within 48 hours by sending your email request to tasha@designsbytasha.com. Once your cancellation is received, you will receive notification of cancellation via email. No problem.

We ship UPS Ground and/or USPS depending on the item ordered and the location order is to be sent to. You will be notified via email when order is shipped to you.

Jewelry orders are mailed within seven (7) business days. *Please note that if Your order include ordering a custom-made hat, your jewelry will be mailed with your hat(s) order within two (2) weeks.
